Story of 123telugu Napoleon Movie Review

The film centers around a cop called Napoleon (Anand Ravi), who visits the police station to complain that his shadow is gone. This case quickly confuses the whole department and Napoleon is the talk of the town. Napoleon discovers that God appeared in his dreams and reveals that a particular accident case is actually a murder mystery. The cops are even more confused, and they begin to investigate the case.

The case is connected? This completes the story.

Analysis of 123telugu Napoleon Movie Review

According to the credits, Puri Jaganadh, Anurag Kashyap (and Myskin) are three of the filmmakers that inspired him. It is clear that the first one has a significant influence on Napoleon, who is an orphan. One might find the second influence in the unconventional portrayal that the film gives of a supernatural concept.

The film is basically a detective story with a hint of the paranormal. The film takes its time getting to its crime thriller self.

The first half is a trickiness display due to Napoleon’s mind-blowing conversations and encounters with Ravi Varma. Sravanthi Komali, his wife, enters in search of her husband. There is also a feeling of creepy suspense when a watchman pretends he doesn’t know anything about a murder being investigated.

The first half of the video reveals Napoleon’s identity by an interval bang. The second part tells the backstory about Napoleon, Ashok Tirupathi Sravanthi, Vardhan and Vardhan.

Among all of this, there is still the human element of the pain associated with orphanhood.

All those scenes/messages/lines that were socially-conscious in the first part could have been avoided, without a doubt. These lines don’t have much meaning in retrospect.

It is a film that really shines when it gets to its core. We are shown lines in the film’s final scene that suggest that women should be more compassionate and less judgmental than men.

It is also overplayed that the missing shadow is an element. The missing shadow should have a metaphorical significance.

The main female character is given a decent characterization. Sravanthi’s reactions and dialogues may seem a little confusing, but they are understandable after the flashback.

Anand Ravi, the film’s writer-director has taken on the role of the titular character in his own unique way, without trying to emulate any other hero. Ravi Varma plays a full-fledged cop and is convincing in his demeanor. Sometimes he seems to get more room than Napoleon. Gururaj does her job admirably, switching to another shade easily when Komali is doing her part.

Background music composed by Siddharth Sagasivuni suits the bill. Margal David, Cinematographer captures the simple backdrops beautifully.

Verdict of 123telugu Napoleon Movie Review

Napoleon is a crime drama that contains some intriguing moments. The first half is very gripping, but the interest in the second part is lost due to some strange supernatural element which distracts from the main story. Film’s run-time can also be affected by the inability to find known faces. If you’re looking for thrillers that have plenty of twists and you don’t mind the repetitive narration, this film is worth a look. The rest, however, are just average to watch this film.
